　一(yī)、目的(de)

　　規範車(chē)輛(liàng)保證金(jīn)收取與退還(hái)程序。

　　Objective: To standardize the return procedure of vehicle deposit.

　　二、範圍

　　适用(yòng)于因車(chē)輛(liàng)租賃提交的(de)一(yī)切保證金(jīn)的(de)收取與退還(hái)業(yè)務。

　　Scope: Applicable to all deposit refunds submitted for vehicle leasing.

　　三、保證金(jīn)收取

　　在租賃車(chē)輛(liàng)時(shí)，選擇保證金(jīn)擔保方式的(de)，承租人(rén)應當在簽訂汽車(chē)租賃合同時(shí₽)向出租人(rén)交納保證金(jīn)。出租人(rén)應當在收取保證金(jīn)時(shí)向承租人(rén)開(kāi)具相(xiàng)應單據，并‌不(bù)得(de)将保證金(jīn)挪作(zuò)他(tā)用(yòng)。

　　Deposit collection: If you choose the margin guarantee method when renting vehicles，the lessee shall pay a deposit to the lessor when signing the car renta l contract. The lessor shall issue corresponding documents to the lesseeβ when collecting the deposit, and should not misappropriate the deposit ₹for other purposes.
