  車(chē)輛(liàng)租賃、取送、維保、保險、事(shì)故處理(lǐ)、救援、換季檢測、技(jì)術(shù)咨詢、年(nián✔)檢驗車(chē)、車(chē)務代辦、違章(zhāng)提醒、停車(chē)費(fèi)提醒。
    Car rental, pick-up and delivery services, maintenance, insurance, accident handling, resc≤ue services, seasonal inspections, technical consultations, annual vehicle inδspections, vehicle agent, traffic violation reminders, parking fee reminders.
   
  服務承諾 Service Commitment 
 
  一(yī)、保險保障:運營車(chē)輛(liàng)基本險為(wèi)機(jī)動車(chē)交通(tōng)事(shì)故責任強制(zhì)保險、機(jī)動車(chē)損失保險、機(j♠ī)動車(chē)第三者責任險保額50萬元。可(kě)根據客戶需求增加險種和(hé)第三者責任險保額。
  二、事(shì)故處理(lǐ):提供全國(guó)範圍24小(xiǎo)時(shí)專業(yè)電(diàn)話(huà)指導服務,協助客戶完成電(dià↑n)話(huà)報(bào)案、案件(jiàn)處理(lǐ)、拖車(chē)救援以及相(xiàng)關信息留存,特殊事(shì)故β服務人(rén)員(yuán)到(dào)達現(xiàn)場(chǎng)處理(lǐ)。
  三、事(shì)故維修:提供約定區(qū)域內(nèi)取送車(chē)服務、協助定損服務、維修過程監控服務,保證事(shì)故維∑修車(chē)輛(liàng)及時(shí)交付。
  四、事(shì)故理(lǐ)賠:協助客戶完成理(lǐ)賠材料的(de)收集、整理(lǐ),通(tōng)過保險公司全國(guó)理(lǐ)賠服↓務機(jī)構,為(wèi)客戶提供快(kuài)速、高(gāo)效的(de)理(lǐ)賠服務。

    1.Insurance Coverage: The basic insurance coverage for operating vehicles inclu↔des compulsory traffic accident liability insurance, vehicl‍e damage insurance, and motor vehicle third-party liability insurance with a coverage amount oφf 500,000 CNY. Additional coverage and increased third-party liability i™nsurance coverage can be provided based on customer needs.

    2.Accident Handling: Provide 24-hour professional telephone guidance servi♠ce nationwide to assist customers in reporting accidents over the phone, handling cases, ™arranging towing and rescue services, and preserving relevant information.≠ Special accident service personnel will be dispatched to the scen‌e for assistance.

    3.Accident Repairs: Provide pick-up and delivery services within the design♦ated area, assist in assessing the damages, and monitor the→ repair process to ensure timely delivery of the accident-repaired vehicles.

    4.Accident Claims: Assist customers in collecting and organizing cla♥im documents, and provide fast and efficient claims services through the insurance company's naπtionwide claims service institutions.
