一(yī)、感謝(xiè)您租用(yòng)本公司車(chē)輛(liàng)。請(qǐng)您認真閱讀(dú)租賃合同條款，充分(fēn)了(le)解租賃合同內(nèi)容。
二、本公司向您提供的(de)車(chē)輛(liàng)（牌照(zhào)号見(jiàn)合同登記表），行(xíng)駛牌證齊全有(yǒu)效，技(jì)術(shù)狀況良好(hǎo)₩，已在運輸管理(lǐ)部門(mén)備案，已向保險公司投保機(jī)動車(chē)交通(tōng)事(sh≠ì)故強制(zhì)保險、車(chē)輛(liàng)損失險、第三者責任險等保險。
三、您駕駛的(de)車(chē)輛(liàng)如(rú)果發生(shēng)事(shì)故或運行(xíng)故障，請(qǐng)及時(shí)撥打我公•司的(de)24小(xiǎo)時(shí)救援電(diàn)話(huà)（137-0111-6904），以便我們及時(shí)組織救援并辦理(lǐ)保險索±賠。
四、為(wèi)了(le)使您的(de)合法權益得(de)到(dào)保障，您租用(yòng)的(de)車(chē)輛(liàn£g)請(qǐng)由合同中指定的(de)駕駛人(rén)駕駛，不(bù)要(yào)轉借他(tā)人(rén)使用(yòng)，不(bù)要(yào)擅自(zì)改裝車(chē)輛(liàng)或安₩裝其他(tā)附屬設施，不(bù)得(de)利用(yòng)該車(chē)輛(liàng)非法從(cóng)事(shì)運營活動。在租用(y≈òng)車(chē)輛(liàng)期間(jiān)發生(shēng)的(de)交通(tōng)違法行(xíng)為(wèi)，請(qǐn£g)您及時(shí)接受處罰，自(zì)行(xíng)承擔法律責任。
1、Thank you for renting our vehicle. Please carefully read the terms of <the lease contract and fully understand the contents of the lease contr↔act.
2、The vehicles provided to you by our company (The license num£ber is shown in the Contract registration form) have complete and effectiv♠e vehicle license and are in good technical condition. The vehicle has been put on record in t he transportation management department, and has been insur✘ed with the insurance company for compulsory motor vehicle traffic acγcident insurance, vehicle loss insurance, and third-party liability insurance.
3、In case of traffic accident or vehicle operation failure, pl¶ease call our company's 24-hour rescue telephone(137-0111-6904) in time so that€ we can organize rescue and handle insurance claims in time.
4、In order to protect your legal rights and interests, the vehicle you ren t should be driven by the driver specified in the contract, and should not be lent to others. Do not refit the vehicle or install other ancillary facilities without author✘ization, and do not use the vehicle to engage in illegal operations. If anαy traffic violation occurs during the rental period, please deal with the punishment in ti¥me and bear the legal responsibility by yourself.
五、安全駕駛須知(zhī)
為(wèi)了(le)您和(hé)他(tā)人(rén)的(de)交通(tōng)安全，為(wèi)了(le)創σ建首都(dōu)和(hé)諧交通(tōng)秩序環境，維護首都(dōu)文(wén)明(míng)城(chéng)市(shì)形象，駕駛人(γrén)應嚴格遵守交通(tōng)法律法規，自(zì)覺規範交通(tōng)行(xíng)為(wèi)：
（一(yī)）出車(chē)前做(zuò)好(hǎo)車(chē)輛(liàng)安全狀況檢查，了(le)解熟悉車(chē)輛(liàng)性能(néng)、特點，确保車(chē)輛(l≈iàng)制(zhì)動、轉向、電(diàn)路(lù)、輪胎、燃料、車(chē)容車(chē)況完好 (hǎo)，警告标志(zhì)、滅火(huǒ)器(qì)具等安全裝置齊全有(yǒu)效，駕駛證、行(xíng)駛證齊備。
（二）文(wén)明(míng)駕駛、安全禮讓，服從(cóng)交通(tōng)警察指揮，不(bù)開(kāi)“鬥氣≠車(chē)”。嚴禁疲勞駕駛，連續駕駛機(jī)動車(chē)4小(xiǎo)時(shí)應停車(chē)休息20分(fēn)鐘(zhōng♥)。嚴禁駕車(chē)時(shí)撥打接聽(tīng)手持電(diàn)話(huà)。
（三）遵守交通(tōng)标志(zhì)、标線，按交通(tōng)限速标志(zhì)、标線标明(míng)的(de)速度行(xíng)駛。行(xíεng)駛中保持适當車(chē)速，不(bù)超速行(xíng)駛、強行(xíng)超車(chē)。通(tōng)過沒有(yǒu)交通(πtōng)信号燈、交通(tōng)标志(zhì)、交通(tōng)标線或者交通(tōng)警察指揮的(∑de)交叉路(lù)口時(shí)，應當減速慢(màn)行(xíng)，并讓行(xíng)人(rén)和(hé)優先通(tōng)行(xíng)的(de)車(chē)輛(liàng)先行(xínπg)；行(xíng)經山(shān)區(qū)公路(lù)，嚴禁超速行(xíng)駛、強行(xíng)超車(chē)、空(kōng)檔滑行(xíng)、疲勞駕車(chē)。
（四）保持适當安全距離(lí)。當機(jī)動車(chē)時(shí)速超過100公裡(lǐ)時(shí)，與同車(chē)道(dào)前車✘(chē)距離(lí)保持100米以上(shàng)，尤其要(yào)與大(dà)型客、貨車(chē)輛(liàng)保持适當的(de)安全距離(lí)，以防前車(chē)緊✘急制(zhì)動時(shí)發生(shēng)追尾碰撞。
（五）惡劣天氣謹慎駕駛。遇霧、雨(yǔ)、雪(xuě)、沙塵、冰雹等低(dī)能(néng)見(jiàn)度氣象∞條件(jiàn)時(shí)，要(yào)開(kāi)啓霧燈、近(jìn)光(guāng)燈、示廓燈、前後位燈和(hé)危險報(bào)警色光(gu←āng)燈，并保持适當車(chē)速行(xíng)駛。
（六）切莫酒後駕車(chē)。酒後駕車(chē)是(shì)嚴重違法行(xíng)為(wèi)，酒後駕車(chē)極易發生(s☆hēng)交通(tōng)事(shì)故。
（七）當您駕車(chē)發生(shēng)造成人(rén)員(yuán)傷亡的(de)交通(tōng)事(shì)故時(shí)，請(qǐng)及時(shí)撥打122報(bào)警。
